[Internet-and-Businesses-Online:Internet-Marketing] You'd run some specials and month after month you'd do more and more business. Frankly, the first few months with your sandwich business you wouldn't even break even. You wouldn't sell enough sandwiches to pay all the bills. Hopefully by the end of the year you're in profit. Then the next year you make a nice profit. # Myth - Get Rich Quick Online Part I [Internet-and-Businesses-Online:List-Building] List building is the process of building an opt in email list for the purpose of building a relationship with the opt in email leads, and eventually providing goods and services to the opt in email leads. Article marketing is the process of writing articles, adding links to your web site, and submitting them to the various online article directories for the purpose of driving traffic to your web site. # How to Use Article Marketing to Build Credibility [Internet-and-Businesses-Online:List-Building] If somebody writes you an email and asks you a question, if you don't answer that question they'll probably never ever buy from you. I want to look at some statistics real quick. My list of about 10,000 contains somewhere in the neighborhood of 800 buyers, so somewhere in the neighborhood of 8% of the people on my list have bought from me. # How to Write 10-20 Articles Per Day Part II [Internet-and-Businesses-Online:Internet-Marketing] I'm going to do a quick discussion of a product funnel. The idea with a product funnel is that you're going to have several different products that are able to meet people's needs. The traditional concept of a product funnel is the idea that you want to get as many people into your website as possible, starting with the free download. # Squeeze Pages and Search Engine Rankings - Myth and Reality [Writing-and-Speaking:Article-Marketing] So in reality, if that stat is accurate (and sometimes it may be more links, sometimes it may be fewer links), then the search engines are NOT calling the duplicate content penalty on 49 of the other sites - although they have flagged 100 versions of your article. Why? # Can I Submit the Same Articles to Multiple Directories? Part I [Internet-and-Businesses-Online] I guess this is kind of a follow up to that last article I wrote, 'You Have to Have a Salable Item to Make Money Online,' but the bottom line really is that you have to have to sell something to make money online. The money isn't just going to fall into your lap, or fall off of a tree, no matter what the charlatans online keep telling you. It just isn't going to happen. But there is another, deeper element. How do you make the really big bucks online? Selling just one product? Nope? You see, once someone buys something from you, and they like it, and it meets their expectations, then they will... # You Have to Have a Salable Item to Make Money Online [Writing-and-Speaking:Article-Marketing] So in reality, if that stat is accurate (and sometimes it may be more links, sometimes it may be fewer links), then the search engines are NOT calling the duplicate content penalty on 49 of the other sites - although they have flagged 100 versions of your article. Why? # Can I Submit the Same Articles to Multiple Directories? Part I [Internet-and-Businesses-Online:Internet-Marketing] Why? Sometimes you'll buy something if it's a commodity item because it's the cheapest one. If it's a can of green beans, you might buy it because it's the cheapest one, but most of the time you probably find you buy a certain brand of something simply because you like the way that it works. You'll buy a certain brand of flour. # High Ticket Products - How to Choose a High Ticket Niche Part V [Internet-and-Businesses-Online:Email-Marketing] So my feeling is that if somebody does not trust me enough to give me their name and email address, they don't trust me enough to give me their credit card information. I screen everybody. In order to get more information from me, you've got to give me your name and email address, and it actually has to be a good one because... # Why I Use Squeeze Pages Exclusively and Limit Access to Non-Subscribers Part I [Writing-and-Speaking:Article-Marketing] One of the real keys with article marketing is that it is education based - so the idea is that you give the reader information - 250-300 words worth - and then give them the opportunity to get more information at your web site. Article marketing doesn't really rely on any marketing or sales tactics to generate the demand - we simply give the reader information, the idea is that... # What are the Most Effective Article Directories to Submit my Articles to? [Writing-and-Speaking:Article-Marketing] As you might have guessed by now, article marketing is my favorite form of traffic. By the way, what is article marketing traffic? Article marketing traffic is traffic that is created when I write articles about the topics that will interest people who would buy from me in the future, put links in my articles to web pages on my site (in my case, squeeze pages on my site), and submit those articles to the various online article directories. So why does article marketing create such high quality traffic? # How to Use Article Marketing To Drive More Traffic To Your Site [Internet-and-Businesses-Online:Internet-Marketing] That's kind of a complete strategy and there's a lot of things that are floating around out there. Of course, that's why I'm doing this call today, is to try to get some of the myths - people waste so much time doing keyword research. # High Ticket Products - How to Choose a High Ticket Niche Part VI [Internet-and-Businesses-Online:Internet-Marketing] What I want to do is go back to this profit funnel and go back to the sales funnel idea and use this to determine if your niche can support enough business, enough traffic, to get to say $15,000 a month. I'm going to use this number because no matter where you're at, if you have all of the pieces, if you have a complete end-to-end strategy and if you know how to make all of the pieces work together the way that I do. # High Ticket Sales Article Marketing Traffic Strategy [Internet-and-Businesses-Online:Email-Marketing] So my feeling is that if somebody does not trust me enough to give me their name and email address, they don't trust me enough to give me their credit card information. I screen everybody. In order to get more information from me, you've got to give me your name and email address, and it actually has to be a good one because... # Why I Use Squeeze Pages Exclusively and Limit Access to Non-Subscribers Part I [Writing-and-Speaking:Article-Marketing] That is a simple enough title. But I do it everyday. I drive traffic to my site using article marketing. Then I leverage that traffic using squeeze pages and list building. And between article marketing and list building, that is about the only way I send traffic to my web sites. So how does it work? # You Cannot Survive Online With Just One Product [Internet-and-Businesses-Online:Internet-Marketing] I want to start with what I believe are some of the greatest myths online. The first myth is you can get rich quick online. We hear all the time and see sales pages all the time that claim that if you do this and you do that, you'll make $100,000 next month. You'll make $10,000 tomorrow. You can do a $1 million launch in two weeks. # Is Blogging for Traffic Even Worth It? [Writing-and-Speaking:Writing-Articles] Probably the first 500 articles that I wrote, you'll find that they're written using keywords - not necessarily around them. I've never been real big on some kind of a keyword density. Many people online got online when keyword density was huge, so they continue to think about it... # Long Term Sales Online - The Big Picture [Internet-and-Businesses-Online] Once you have decided what you want to sell online, and whether you will operate as an affiliate, or create, or buy, or have someone else create for you, you have to decide how to run your business. Unless you are operating as an affiliate, these are the things you need at the very least to run a profitable web business... # How to Create a Big Web Business - The Way the Pros Do Part 2 [Writing-and-Speaking:Writing-Articles] This is one of the most popular questions I get asked - how do I write so many articles so fast? And of course that is because I write an average of 150 articles per month, and some days I have written as many as 30 articles in one day - I don't generally write that many at one time, anymore, usually about 10 per sitting. # Two Major Concepts To Master In Article Marketing [Internet-and-Businesses-Online:Internet-Marketing] Think about that. If you're in a niche that could be making $15,000 a month but you don't know that because you haven't done anything and you're at zero, you're really costing yourself $15,000 a month by not having taken any action. # How to Choose the Right Niche for a High Priced Product Funnel, Part V jakos fryzury aczkolwiek dobre tez italiano itp id Fajny takze jest strefa8 - masa przydatnych informacji, nie ? xcv35hdgs78 oraz projektowanie stron www lub takze moze jednak.

  • As stated above, you need to become a subscriber to see them.

Of course, now you wonder; Is it worth it?

I assure you, it IS! I joined the site two days before you did, and I became a subscriber in April. I wasn't sure of the value, since I couldn't see what I couldn't see, right? Plus, I had just paid for BHQ membership. You get to select what you think the value is, and I chose my donation accordingly. After seeing what is in the closed (to non-subscribers) forums, and the other benefits that I haven't even made full use of, I decided that I low-balled Dale. As I told him in my note then, if I find more value, I'll add on later. The reason I was able to confidently bid what I did on the recent Pig-in-a-Poke auction was, even IF Scott weren't joking, and all I won was the 1/2 bag of mis-printed alien heads, since the money went to Dale's efforts on the site, it still would have been worth it. That was merely an add on to my original donation, with a potential nice additional bonus for me in whatever I won in the auction. (Scott, I have witnesses about what to expect, so no deletions, now---but feel free to add on...) Also, from what I see of others, like Scott (October Hollow), giving generously, that should tell you something. Scott alone has donated quite a few things to the site's fund through his auction donations!

If all you did for this year was to fully enroll in this site, and not buy any books, DVDs, or other educational media regarding balloons, you would be able to learn a lot! But don't do that, either. Support the other creative folks here by giving back to them, too.

  • Welcome Mr. Micah.....

So in your 2 years of twisting, what have you found to be your favorite types of sculptures to twist?  Do you follow what in the books/videos/cds, or do you like to come up with your own stuff?  This forum can definitely springboard you to the next level of twisting and beyond.  If you can't find what you're looking for here.... I don't think it exists yet .

  • It depends on which setting I'm in.  I love to make the really big stuff, the sculptures that take hours to build, but only when time allows.

If I'm twisting at my restaurants, I'm busy busy busy.... so quick yet cute stuff comes to the top of my list... princess/fairy wands for girls (the less artwork needed the better when you're in a hurry).. boys love the light sabres and phasers (I really don't have time for detailed artwork at the restaurants)... then hats of course... those are always fun.... I do use a menu, then vary the degree of difficulty of each sculpture depending on how much time I have to make them.

I Can't wait until Bonnie is done with her "project"  so I can add lots of more cool stuff to my repertoire.

If I'm twisting at a birthday party, intermediate to advanced sculptures are the flavors of the day.... unless there are a million kids (you know when they tell you there are 10 coming and 35 show up ).....then I go back to my restaurant sculptures, but always something special for the birthday child.
